I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who loves providing support to women and children. Trilogy Counseling provides in person session in Arlington, TX. Telehealth services are available for clients in Texas at the time of service. I specialize in working with women and teens (14+) where my primary focus is helping clients rebuild confidence, rediscover their sense of self, and create healthier relationships. Overall, I am passionate about helping those who struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and low self-esteem. I have experience working with domestic violence and keep up to date on how I can best support my clients through various trainings.
I obtained my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Texas Wesleyan University in 2017 and my Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Texas Wesleyan University in 2020.
